CK Editor not loading

I'm trying to get involved in a course, but I can't answer any of the questions on this form https://p2pu.org/en/groups/learn-php/sign-up/answer/ because none the the input fields are present. I'll upload a screenshot, I'm using FF 20.

Additionally user reported same problem with CKEditor https://p2pu.org/en/comments/58292/reply/

The problem is cause because the project we are using to support ckeditor with django bumped the version of ckeditor they support. We either need to change the dependancy so that we reference a version before the change or we need to fix it so that everything works with the new editor
