Feature Request: Sound Device Selection & Non-Exclusive Fullscreen Option

Decided to check back in and noticed that System Link is working now.

Did a round of testing two instances of VO:OT running, and it's working nicely!

However, the sounds crash into each other from one output. It would be great if we could direct the emulator's sound output to a specific audio device, so that I could pipe each station to a specific audio output (for use in a cab!)

Similarly, if one machine has to control both screens, non-exclusive fullscreen would be great, as you cannot fullscreen two instances of the program right now (exclusive?) - it just causes both windows to drop back into windowed mode.

Ultimately this is to resurrect my flood damaged VO:OM machine, so you'd make my 2017 if this could happen. :)
