Overscan option
A lot of games use a "centering screen" option which is not emulated correctly in Demul because there is no overscan. What happens is that the image is stretched instead of shifted.
Is it possible to implement this feature? As it will look more closely to the Dreamcast output.
this was planned for a long time, but still unimplemented mainly because it sill unknown all the details about Dreamcast sync pulse generator and VideoDAC functioning. so it will require deeper hardware research.
