Can you please add functionality which detect if there are some chapters already processed in output folder by filename ? in my use case i am not much time on one place so i am converting some books in 4-9 runs. and would be nice to save so money by automatically detecting the already converted chapters, if -f parameter would be user everything in output folder could be ignored :)
