[enhancement] use offline ldap dump to populate a test AD environment

Just writing this issue to come back to at a later date.

Would be a nice idea to be able to snapshot an AD network to take a copy and populate a lab DC. While certain objects wouldn't be tied to servers/computers i'm unsure at how the PDC would react.

Just an idea.
