Change the layout of the achievments page

The current design of timeline should be change to something like

                                                         2018
    OpenSource                   Competitive                   Research                     Hackathon
   - GSoC                            - ICPC                    - Papers published           - Smart India Hackathon


                                                         2017

    OpenSource                   Competitive                   Research                     Hackathon     

and so on ...................

And these groups can be in the form of tiles that will contain their respective achievments in the form of a list (I will make a PR grouping them in the md files)

And if possible maybe @knrt10 can add a popup to these individual tiles like the ones that are here http://projects.coala.io/

I will edit all the md files then you can change the layout. The current one looks quite bad and was more well suited for https://github.com/p-society/p-society.github.io/issues/24

If we change it to the aforementioned layout people will consider reading the whole thing.
