breaks atom-ternjs and turbo-javascript

Hi, I love your package, it really brings something missing! Although, the way it works breaks other packages based on javascript parsing such as

• atom-ternjs
• turbo-javascript

Is there a way to correct this? In the meantime does anyone knows an alternative for language-javascript-semantic ?
