Build&Install on fedora

Updated README to describe how to build and install on Fedora. (probably it would be nice to do the same on other distro as well.

Hi, worked well for me on a somewhat clean Fedora 21 installation. Only thing that was missing is cmake. Thanks, and please merge :+1:.
