Audit also cites a security issue in babel-core and upgrades to ^6.26.3

Personally, I like the notification that the application is compiled and hosted on "url:port". To me, there is nothing jumping out in my changes that would have removed that.

It's not mandatory and it is outside the scope of this issue but I am hopeful we will be able to add a visual output to the npm run dev script.
