~/vyper-venv/bin not generating

python.exe is in ~/vyper-venv/, not in bin. Also, exe is in scripts folder not in any bin folder.

Hi there, I have not yet tested it on Windows (only macOS and Linux). Seems like it needs a special handling for Windows.
