wrong Android 9-patch export

atm when exporting 9-patches, the “patches” are scaled. Actually for Android they must be always 1px width or height. In the Slicer export e.g. the XXXHDPI patches are 4px which makes them visible in the implementation as Android only takes the 1px outside. Please can you fix this issue? many thanks

  • I created my patches in the 100% size file in a group called “patch”
  • all patches named “patch"
  • the content is in the group “content”
  • the main group is called assetname.9

Sorry for the late reply :O Seems like it should be exporting them as you expected, any chance you can share a sketch file with those layers for me to debug?

Hi Ozzik, thanks for looking into that issue ... so in the the expected Android Export the patches in all resolutions would be 1px wide or high ... atm they are scaled up and the 9-patch won't work. Please also add some description for that exporting of nine-patches to Github main page of Slicer (what sub groups are needed etc) by any chance. cheers, Dimitri
