[Bug] Image in bullet point renders twice

In edit mode, when I format an image into a bullet point, the image appears twice.

How to reproduce

1. Open a clean vault. For example, in Obsidian choose Help > Open Sandbox Vault.
2. Enable community plugins and install Ozan's Image in Editor Plugin.
3. Find or add an image to a page.
4. Format the image as a bullet point.
5. Observe the following behavior:
   • When your cursor is on the line that add's an image, it renders the image once, as expected.
   • When your cursor is away, the image renders twice.

Note: The image only renders twice when in a bullet point and in edit mode. The render appears as expected when in reading mode.

I also find a similar issue on edit mode, when I open a note again, the render always go back to the first page of the pdf file. But if I open it on reading mode, the issue never occur. Please fix this bug due to I'm mainly use the live preview which basically the edit mode.

Update: I fixed this by turning off the Render All option in Ozan's Image in Editor Plugin Settings
