Feature: Respect Templater when creating new files

I have Templater apply a template when new files are created in certain directories. For some reason when I create a new file with your plugin Templater is not applying the templates. If I manually create a new file in the same directory, it works. I am wondering if this is because of the way you are creating the files.

Not a huge deal for me - just a nice to have.
