Links next to checkboxes get messed up when converting

I was trying to convert the links in my files to Wikilinks because I accidentally converted them all to MD links.

Unfortunately when a link is next to a checkbox it gets messed up:

Trying to convert:

- [ ] [Title](Link#Header)

Expected result:

- [ ] [[Link#Header|Title]]

Actual result:

- [[Link#Header| ]]
