[Feature Request] Option to allow seeing the file pane as a file tree

As what the title says, some option that lets you make it so the file pane acts more like the traditional file tree but instead with the chosen folder as the root.

This would pair well with being able to hide folders within the folder pane. So instead of hiding the folder everywhere you only hide them in the folder pane and still have them show up within the file pane.

This allows someone to use the folder pane for folders that encompass an entire thing and then have the file pane completely dedicated to said project, with the extra organisation (and distraction) of having folders there.

This is basically the only thing missing to make this plugin perfect for us so hopefully it is added!
