File Explorer Note Count Not Displaying Counts

Hello, Reaching out as it was observed that File Explorer Note Count is not working as expected on the Desktop application (Windows). Attempted to uninstall, reinstall with no change.

When using the same plugin on mobile (Android) the plugin works as per normal displaying all numbered notes.

Curious if this is a concern with the desktop application, or something else that may be overlooked?
