Feature Request: Allow Zooming of Thumbnail area for greater selection precision.

See yellow airbrushed region for what I'm describing.

Could you make it so using the mouse scrollwheel and holding ctrl meanwhile while hovering over the thumbnail area cause the ribbon containing video position for start and end clip marks to zoom into more finite time marks until you reach single frame and meanwhile allowing you to scroll back to the default time markings which seem adequate as is for high level 'i don't really care about very very fine details' visual selection ?
