Media Save is not saving for me

I opened a media, chose a start clip, then end clip, then save media, changed the VTS_01_1_EDIT to Video test and choose desktop, then save. It did not save it there. I got a display on VidCuller saying "Your Media File is ready!" Why is it not saving? How can I make it save to a folder?

I have the same problem with an mp4... It seems that it cocurs when the file is larger than x minutes (maybe one hour ?)
