Update to pypi version

I noticed that this library hasn't been updated recently on pypi, when are you planning to release it?

I first installed this from pypi then got some error and though I have updated locally but once I install it using aws elastic beanstalk..the local changes to this plugin will be overwritten? How can I rectify this
