Error - Please Help

Hi please forgive my lack of knowledge, I am not very familiar with this kind of stuff. I have been trying to scrape using this tool and keep getting the same error. I must have tried 100 times and it stops at different points, I've gotten as high as 80% and as low as 1% completed. If anyone could advise me it would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

File "C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\site-packages\requests-2.28.1-py3.7.egg\requests\models.py", line 971, in json return complexjson.loads(self.text, **kwargs) File "C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\json_init_.py", line 348, in loads return _default_decoder.decode(s) File "C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\json\decoder.py", line 337, in decode obj, end = self.raw_decode(s, idx=_w(s, 0).end()) File "C:\Users\Jordan\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\json\decoder.py", line 355, in raw_decode raise JSONDecodeError("Expecting value", s, err.value) from None json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

EDIT: I cant remember if i was running the "-M" command at the time of the error above, however i also have a problem where it just finishes on a random percent of completion without any error messages. As stated above i know very little on the subject so apologies in advance if its some stupid little mistake lol. Thanks in advance.
