"ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10" Code login to instagram without problem, "following" pop-up is opened and code halt with above comment. Any solution?

Unable to locate element: //a[@href='/accounts/login/']

I run my code in Ubuntu and I got this error: line 242, in check_response raise exception_class(message, screen, stacktrace) selenium.common.exceptions.NoSuchElementException: Message: Unable to locate element: //a[@href='/accounts/login/']
