Military flag only switches current time and not future view

Expected output:

$ tz -q

  What time is it?

  🕙 (PDT) Local 10:16AM, Wed 10
   0   1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9  10  11  12  1  2  3  4  5 6  7  8  9  10  11

Actual output:

$ tz -q

  What time is it?

  🕙 (PDT) Local 10:16AM, Wed 10
   0   1   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9  10  11  12  13  14  15  16  17  18  19  20  21  22  23

I'm happy to try and put in an MR but would you prefer the functionality of -m to be changed or a new flag added?
