Chroma Decoder Output Issue - Left side croping bias not enough right side.

On SVHS with current gen_chroma_vid and directly using ld-chroma-decoder --ffll 2 --lfll 308 --ffrl 2 --lfrl 620

It's very apparent there is currently a hard right-side crop,

This used to cause issues with VITC timecode but this is now irrelevant since ld-process-vbi has incredibly accurate support for VITC timecode reading compared to FFmpegs readvitc filter.

(This was also noted and discussed in the discord just thought I would note it here as well)

Ideally, output framing would be similar to standard capture hardware for normal SDI + VBI area leaving a balanced crop for active area leaving a comfortable amount of left-hand side and right-hand side empty space.
