VHS Decode FFTW optional wrapper + threading cleanup

Added Thread safe fftw3 wrapper workaround until the bug is fixed upstream. However, I removed the threading and redo code thing on the overriden VHS Decode process. Also partitioned the readfield logic in a couple of defined sub-task functions.
