Also this site seems to be down from time to time. Maybe you can rather use bintray which can be easily integrated in a Maven build (https://github.com/kwin/cppcheclipse/issues/72).

I was about to try Yedit and had the same problem: the update site seems to be down... please let me know if you need help in setting up the build and publishing that to bintray
