Since the update from kde gear 20.08 to 20.12.0

Oyranos kcm inclusion in kde settings is broken.

Today (21.12.3) there is no more "gestion des couleurs" in the list.

In the meanwhile use Synnefo, the Qt5 Gui for Oyranos, instead.
