Add Bio section to Developer Profiles

This PR adds a bio/description field below the skills section to make user profiles more personalized and expressive. Helps improve UI clarity and enhances user engagement.

I’ll merge it tomorrow after adding a default bio that’s fetched from the user’s GitHub bio.
