Just curious, but is this issue why M3U was just removed from F-Droid?

Yep, we can't update this app and the new vesions changed the appid.

Do you mean M3UAndroid will no longer be maintained?

No. I mean F-Droid can't update this app. That said, the appid is changed so there won't be any update to the old app.
