Swipe navigation in touchscreen devices.

I would appreciate it if you kindly implemented a swipe navigation feature to move through categories in respective m3u lists.

The current method of navigation is going to the top of the screen and manually scrolling and tapping at individual categories, which is unreliable and cumbersome. The solution I have in mind is something like this:

Implementing this would make navigation very pleasant for people using touch screens.

Great idea! We expect to implement this feature in version 1.14.1 or 1.14.2.
