Adapt Variant M3U Format (EXT-X-STREAM-INF)

Describe the bug I subscribed to a working m3u radio URL, but no sound. The URL works fine in Firefox browser or Radio droid app:

https://wdrhf.akamaized.net/hls/live/2027994/wdr3/master.m3u8 (offical german radio station, always available)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'for you', press +

2. Name: wdr3, Link: https://wdrhf.akamaized.net/hls/live/2027994/wdr3/master.m3u8

3. Press subscribe

4. Go to 'for you' and tap wdr3

5. No sound, though media volume is on and maximum

Expected behavior Radio sound should be there

Won't fix, this m3u8 looks like a channel with multiple bitrates instead of a playlist.
