Navigation is broken on TV

Describe the bug Search, filter and refresh buttons are breaking the navigation on TV.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a playlist with some items.
2. Open the playlist.
3. Press down to go the first item in the first category.
4. However the focus goes on the side to the search button
5. Then press down to go to the first item in the first category
6. However the focus goes at the end of the category

Expected behavior I think the Search, filter and refresh buttons should be right below the playlist name so that when pressing down the focus goes directly to the first item in the playlist.
