Describe the bug

Renovate seems not detect the last version of overtrue/phplint linter

Latest version retrieved is 9.6.3 : see https://github.com/oxsecurity/megalinter/pull/6664 checked on November 30th

While Latest version 9.7.1 was published on November 29

It's just in the backlog. I checked to make it open. Should appear in 15 minutes
