Slim down `User.t`

Goal

User.t should only contain the bare minimum of a infrastructure user. Functionalities can be added by registering more services.

Todo

  • Get rid of username
  • Get rid of admin flag (this will later be introduced by the admin service)
  • Get rid of confirmed flag (this will later be introduced by the user confirmation service
  • Add update_at
