Add default schedules

Background

Some things need to be done periodically. For that, schedules jobs/tasks are used. Sihl should provide schedules for the most common tasks.

Todo

Provide following parameterized schedules with Sihl_core.Schedule that can easily be installed in a Sihl app:

• delete expired sessions
• delete expired tokens
• log rotation
