Copy .craftbooturl resource from jar to data directory, if it exists

Allows modpack authors to embed the .craftbooturl into the jar file and distribute that directly to users, making it simpler for them to use.

I know, seems like a small thing, but I've already had multiple users have issue with entering the correct url despite fairly clear instructions >.>.
