Current Behavior

Closed group's user's avatars do not change when they change them. I still see them changed from MacOS Session.

Expected Behavior

They should change when they're changed.

We've reworked how display pictures are downloaded as part of #894 to make them more reliable (we now schedule a new DisplayPictureDownloadJob for each download) so this should be fixed once that is released
