Current Behavior

User sends me a message I don’t receive the message or receive the message minutes, hours and up to a week later

Expected Behavior

user sends me a message I receive the message promptly

Steps To Reproduce

1. User sends you a message
2. Rarely message won’t be received or will be delayed by above timeframe

I can confirm this issue. Experienced that messages I have sent has not been delivered to a friend within days. I think maybe relaunching the app and opening the contact fixed it. But took a few days before we noticed. Might be related to https://github.com/oxen-io/session-ios/issues/975
