Add an option to enable/disable the multi-device functionnality

Hello, this is a feature request, i think that an option that could let the user to choose if it is really necessary to use more than one device to add a layer of protection and decide when you want to allow Session on a Desktop or an other phone would be really cool.

If you go for it can you add a way to "accept / refuse" when an app try to connect (on all other device) and do like telegram (some year ago), the new device cannot kick out older for 1 week.
Like that for those who use desktop they can protect against someone who have found their recovery key.
Because now if someone find it i don't think it will see it.
Created a new issue for my idea, if this one is refused do not forged to close mine too (since linked to it).
