[BUG] characters like ü in attachment image file name fails attaching

Current Behavior

It says Sorry there was an error setting your attachment, in case i attach the image (jpg, png tried) that has character "ü" in its name. When i rename it to have "u" instead, it attach OK.

Expected Behavior

All regular character sets should be possible or if not possible, then the error should explain why it failed to attach.

Steps To Reproduce

Drag and drop image with "ü" in its name to the Session community window.
