Current Behavior

1, one phone is Galaxy A60（android 10），one is Redmi not 4x（android 6), in the path not find any node,can not link the server. but in the same Wi-Fi the Redmi 10X （android 11） is ok。 2. in the different net the phone is 4G,the computer is wi-fi, the computer can call phone,but the phone call computer is lose out.

Expected Behavior

can not link the server ,not find any node .the wrong because the anroid version？only after android 11 can ok?
