Automated staking if OXEN balance exceed user defined amount?

It may be useful if Oxen wallet user can set automatic staking if wallet balance reach certain amount of Oxen.

For example if more than 100 OXEN is in available balance, then stake rest of OXEN to the server/s with lowest fee % while fee % should not exceed user defined threshold.
