Live map of positions (/last/) without recentering

Our recorder's current live map (/last) repositions itself whenever a new position is received and displayed. This is confusing when one is trying to follow somebody.

Can we add a query parameter to avoid that? Something along the lines of /last?nomove=1

We should probably not default to doing that so as not to break people's maps.
