Shortcuts only work when the app gets activated (iPhone is unlocked) but do not work in background.

This feature has never been documented in the booklet, it was experimental only. (see #436, #796, #804, #807, ...)

Are you sure that shortcuts don't work when phone locked? Cuz i have a simple shortcut to switch modes between move and significant when i join/unjoin my WIFI and it's work perfectly
