Location not being transmitted

Hi -

One of our users is having problems with Owntracks. Their location is not being transmitted. I have gone through all her phone settings with her, and the Connection settings (endpoint etc) all look fine, her Android permissions for location sharing all look fine, she has her settings on "Significant", we have checked so many things at this point. However there is still no location coming through. She took screenshots of her logs, and I've stitched the screenshots together to show as much of the log as possible.

Any ideas?
