support offline maps mapforge

no everyone has data in the woods, or while traveling. if would be great if offline maps were supported mapforge maps seem the most popular for open source projects https://github.com/mapsforge/mapsforge the developers can build maps, or the user can build maps or the user can download precomplied maps that are built regularly
