[Enhancement] Show inregions in Friends Menu

At the moment (with geocoding enabled), in the friends list you can see the address of your friends. But if someone has e.g. a home region I think it would be nicer if it just showed you "home". If you wanted to, you could still see the address in the map popup by clicking on the friend.
