[web] Error messages not displayed anymore

Current situation

Error messages are not displayed anymore because of the translations can't be loaded.

Expected situation

The error messages are displayed again.

Steps to reproduce the issue

A possible case would be to not have a connection to the Owntone server or accessing a Spotify track without having a premium account.
