Cloud Importer: Adjust wording

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload > Import > Public Link
2. Wording below URL Formfield is: Please provide a URL to a public link without password protection.

Expected behaviour

Note, that users must enter a link that points to a folder (links to a file won't work)

Actual behaviour

Users don't know that they need to enter a URL that points to a folder

I haven't looked into it, but if it's easy enough - should we implement importing single files instead?

yes, would be even better. but only if this is little effort. I still assume, that the link import is just a workaround for a proper oath2 solution, so let's not make it toooo good 😇
