[tests-only][full-ci] add e2e test to restrict the modification of document by anonymous user

Description

This test ensures that the permissions and access controls set for anonymous users are correctly enforced in both Collabora and OnlyOffice environments. The tests validate that anonymous users cannot edit files with "Can view" permission access.
