Failed to open undefined, file not supported.

Installed, go over to the "office" app, click new document: This error pops up at the top/center of screen: Failed to open undefined, file not supported. A blank, grey square will appear (assume this is where the document icon would be).

Running on: Docker containers, letsencrypt ssl, with nextcloud encryption set up. Fairly basic setup otherwise.

Log: Undefined index: dir at /var/www/html/apps/richdocuments/controller/documentcontroller.php#364

After about a minute this will pop up in the browser console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out) https://cloud.mydomain.com/index.php/apps/richdocuments/ajax/documents/list
